Due to rapidly changing world conditions and social and financial values transition worldwide, all Rowland Barkley courses are being upgraded and modified. At this time, extremely few people (much less than 1%) worldwide are able or motivated to focus on their evolutionary process. They simply wish services to reduce their pain and frustration. This is of course simply an attempt to avoid focusing on their evolutionary process.

Barkley (ANTOS) courses aimed for those few able to focus on their spiritual expansion and stability during times of chaotic world changes (the most efficient time to do that) will still exist, but be by invitation only, to those students that are prepared. In the past, promotional material was aimed at consciousness expansion, and this material is now canceled, and only for archival interest.

These changes require two major administrative changes:

• New courses issued that release my fastest negative emotion and implant removal techniques
• A complete change of promoters worldwide

Potential promoters, who wish to be organizing state-of-the-art rapid personal change training, and who have read and understood the material on this site may submit their interest. If you are a great communicator, like making things happen no matter what, and are prepared to focus your attention in a strongly results oriented approach, then this might be the greatest evolutionary opportunity of your life.
