Conditions necessary to effectively produce an event taught by Rowland Barkley and Administrative and Financial agreement.

This sets out in a more formal manner subjects concerning the organization, financial agreements concerning Rowland Barkley’s courses, we set put here the conditions necessary for the workshop to occur:

It is necessary for a group of at lest 24 students for the training to be able to occur in a dynamically energetic form, and also to be financially viable for all.

Definitions for dividing the values received:

Gross Income: Total that is paid by all students.
Expenses: Total of all expenses listed below
Net Income: Remainder after deducting Expenses from Gross Income.
Review student: Student who has 40% discount for recycling a course (if offered) or who has partially paid for the course by translating materials etc.
Fully Paid Student: A person who has no special discount or Work Scholarship on attending the course. A Fully Paid Student can be someone who has a normally advertised Advanced Payment Discount, (or a 10% couple’s discount if offered). If the Promoter asked for a student to have any other special offer at all, they must not count that student as a Fully Paid Student.

With our proposal, the percentage of Net Income divided between ANTOS Transformational Methodologies (Rowland) and the Promoter varies according to the number of fully paid students on the course.

We consider this form of division encourages participation on both parts to assume expenses and gains according to the efforts on both parts, in accordance with Shamanic principles.

Net Income percentages, in accordance with the number of students
Group of 20 fully paid students: 20% of Net Income to the Promoter, 80% to ANTOS Transformational.
Group between 21 and 30 Fully Paid Students: 25% of Net Income to the Promoter, 80% to ANTOS Transformational.
Group larger than 30 Fully Paid Students: 30% of Net Income to the Promoter, 70% to ANTOS Transformational.

Any proposals to produce a workshop in which the promoter receives more than 30% of net income must be a concrete written contract, with no financial risk whatsoever to ANTOS Transformational. The plane ticket arrives in the mail, no variation on the contract of students mysteriously did not arrive etc.

  • The list of expenses would include the following:
  • Rental of the room for the workshop and public speech if that is part of the event.
  • Promotional Material: fliers, advertising posters, announcements in magazines or newspapers. The promoter should continuously be observant as to what is the number of students gained per expense for each of these approaches, and research the best value for promotional expenses.
  • Telephone expenses for promotion
  • Payment for the translator’s work. This is commonly the price of one student on the course.
